JTwin Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide for Members

JTwin (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service operating for residents of Bangladesh and select other countries. By creating an account or using the Platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version shall take precedence, though the Bengali version is always kept up to date for members' convenience.

JTwin operates under an international gaming license and conducts all activities in compliance with the guidelines of the relevant regulatory authorities. The platform is committed to providing users with a fair, transparent, and secure experience.

The following conditions must be met to open an account at JTwin:

• You must be at least 18 years old and may be required to submit documents to verify your date of birth.
• Each person may hold a maximum of one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• It is mandatory to keep the information provided at registration accurate and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing others to use your account is prohibited.
• As part of the account verification (KYC) process, you may be asked to provide a national ID or other government-issued identification.

All financial transactions at JTwin are processed in a secure, encrypted environment. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawals are only possible via the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. This is in place for the security of our members.
• Deposited funds can be withdrawn directly. However, to withdraw bonus balance, the associated wagering requirements must first be met.
• JTwin does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Unusual transactions are monitored and investigated where necessary as part of our anti-money laundering measures.

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Using multiple bonus offers simultaneously is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• JTwin's decision on bonus abuse is final. Any suspected misuse of bonuses will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards each have their own separate terms, which are described individually on the promotions page.
• JTwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

A simple example to understand bonus wagering requirements: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x requirement means you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets from your bonus balance. The total amount wagered is what counts, regardless of wins or losses.

The following betting rules apply to all members on JTwin:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific in-play bet-edit feature is available.
• In the event of a match cancellation or abandonment, settlements will be made in accordance with international betting rules.
• JTwin reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• JTwin is not liable for bets lost due to system errors or network issues.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum stakes) are set individually for each match or game and are subject to change.
• During live betting, odds may change due to network delays, which is normal. The odds at the time of submission are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at JTwin. Violations may result in account suspension or closure, and balances may be forfeited:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonus benefits without meeting the bonus terms, or exploiting them strategically.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in manipulating the outcome of any sporting event, or placing bets using such insider information.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any other automation tools.
• Using Another Member's Account: Accessing or operating another member's account.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.

JTwin uses advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity. If any irregularity is detected, accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

Both JTwin and the member have the right to close an account:

• Closed at Member's Request: You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before closing.
• Temporary Break (Self-Exclusion): As part of responsible gaming, you can pause your own account for a set period of time.
• Suspended by JTwin: JTwin may suspend an account at any time if evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Inactive Account: An account may be declared inactive after 12 months of no activity. If a balance remains, the member will be notified by email.

Even after an account is closed, members retain the right to receive any valid remaining balance, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to a breach of these terms.

• Information collected during registration and the KYC process is used solely for account management and legal compliance purposes.
• Member information is never sold to third parties. Data may only be shared with payment providers or legal authorities where required.
